Accessing Student Grades:
(1.) Go to Checotah Public School Website.
(2.) Scroll down until you see “Online Gradebook.” Click that icon.
(3.) If using a school issued chromebook, the student can click the “Sign in with Google” button. If this is another device, enter in the student’s Google Username and password.
An Example would be user- 2027tsmith@checotah.k12.ok.us password- st1012345 or try password- Wildcat#1
Once logged in, there is a drop down menu under the "classes" tab. Select "Semester 1."
If a grade has a number followed by (est) then the grade is still estimated, and hasn't been officially recorded. If there is simply a number, that is their 1st semester grade.
CMS uses a traditional grading scale. 90-100 is an A, 80-89 is a B, 70-79 is a C, 60-69 is a D and anything below a 60 is failing. We do round up, so an 89.5 is considered a 90 and a 59.5 is considered a passing grade.
